What is the “Attendance” report?

What is the “Attendance” report?

The “Attendance” report summarizes instructional time over a selected period, grouped by day, week, or month.

The report:
  1. allows the user to set a start date and end date
  2. allows grouping by daily, weekly, or monthly periods
  3. shows total instructional time for each period
Instructional time includes only directed learning activities:
  1. Moodle quiz submissions
  2. assignment submissions
  3. approved manual entries
  4. time spent watching course videos
Attendance in this report is measured as instructional time completed, not logins or page views. It reflects the time spent completing assigned learning tasks.

The report is accessible from the Study Center menu:
Reports > Instructional Time > Attendance
