What is the “Transcript – Detail” Progress report?

The “Transcript – Detail” Progress report provides a detailed record of a student’s academic work over a selected period.

The report:
  1. allows the user to set a start date and end date
  2. displays results organized by academic year
  3. groups courses by subject areas (e.g., Trivium, Philosophy, Theology, etc.)
  4. lists each course with:
    1. instructional time (hours)
    2. credits earned
    3. final grade
  5. includes totals for each subject area
  6. includes annual totals and averages
  7. includes an overall total time, credits, and average across all years shown
The report is accessible from the Study Center menu:
Reports > Progress Reports > Transcript – Detail

The purpose of the report is to provide a complete and detailed transcript of a student’s studies, including time, credits, and grades across multiple academic years.
