What is the “Transcript – Summary” Progress report?

The “Transcript – Summary” Progress report provides a summary of a student’s academic work over a selected period.

The report:
  1. allows the user to set a start date and end date
  2. displays results organized by academic year
  3. groups results by subject areas (e.g., Trivium, Philosophy, Theology, etc.)
  4. shows for each subject area:
    1. total instructional time (hours)
    2. credits earned
    3. average grade
  5. includes annual totals and averages
  6. includes an overall total time, credits, and average across all years shown
The report is accessible from the Study Center menu:
Reports > Progress Reports > Transcript – Summary

The purpose of the report is to provide a clear, high-level summary of a student’s studies without listing individual courses.
